Volume 1 of this series features a slovenly nurse whose behaviour and attitude have come to the attention of Dr Stenson. Her career is under threat, but more seriously, her bottom is under a greater threat from staff disciplinarian Dr Stenson whose belief in corporal punishment and skills in administering it are known throughout the hospital. The hapless nurse agrees to have her bare bottom spanked and caned in order to remain on the staff. The Doctor administers the task with aplomb, barely concealing his relish. Later, he is called upon to deal with a schoolgirl who is attempting to fraudulently obtain a sick-note to avoid schoolwork. After consulting her mother, treatment is prescribed - bare bottom spanking and paddling!
